WNS Oil Gas Fired Steam BoilerThis boiler supports a wide range of fuels including natural gas, LPG, diesel, heavy oil and other gaseous or liquid fuels, with thermal efficiency up to 92%–96%. Equipped with a full-automatic control system and multi-level safety protections, it realizes automatic ignition, combustion adjustment, water level control, over-temperature and over-pressure interlock protection, ensuring safe and unattended operation.
The large-diameter corrugated furnace and threaded flue tubes enhance heat transfer and combustion efficiency, while the fast-assembly design enables short installation cycle and easy maintenance. With rated evaporation from 0.5t/h to 20t/h and working pressure from 0.7MPa to 2.5MPa, it provides stable, high-quality saturated steam for food, beverage, textile, chemical, pharmaceutical, building materials and other industrial production processes.Features
